1. Acceptance

By using myvetresources.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. Educational use only

All content — guides, calculators, VetClaimAgent responses, and everything else — is general educational information. It is not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, and it does not create any advisor, attorney-client, or representative relationship. Decisions about your VA benefits should be verified with VA.gov and, where appropriate, an accredited representative. See the full disclaimer.

3. No government affiliation

The Site is independently owned and operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. "VA" is used descriptively to refer to that agency and its programs.

4. Accuracy and currency

We work to keep rates, forms, and procedures current, but VA rules change and errors happen. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculator outputs are estimates, not determinations of benefits.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the Site at abusive volume, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent its content as official VA guidance, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by MyVetResources unless otherwise noted. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution; republishing whole pages requires permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVetResources and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, including benefit outcomes, missed deadlines, or claim decisions.

8. Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertising, clearly labeled. Advertisers do not influence editorial content, and an ad's presence is not our endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
